Shipping policy

 

Shipping

Most of our items ship directly from the designers and artists we work with. That means your order may arrive in separate packages and with slightly different delivery times, depending on where each item comes from.

Each designer uses their own packaging and shipping provider. Shipping times and prices vary, so check the “Shipping” tab on each product page for the details, including production time for made-to-order pieces.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email.


Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and based on where the item is shipping from.

  • Ordering from multiple designers? You might see slightly higher shipping rates.

  • Delivery times are estimates. Most items arrive within:

    • Denmark to Denmark: 2–4 business days

    • Europe to Europe: 4–8 business days

    • Rest of world: 7–14 business days

In rare cases, additional shipping fees may apply if your location is remote or needs special handling—we’ll always contact you first, and you’ll have the option to cancel.


Customs, Taxes & Duties

Taxes and import duties are not included in the product or shipping prices. If they apply in your country, you’ll be responsible for paying them. If you don't, the shipment may be returned, and any costs related to that will be deducted from your refund.

Want to estimate customs fees before ordering? You can use a tool like SimplyDuty —just note it’s not always 100% accurate.


Returns

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Made-to-order or pre-order items

  • Art pieces, jewelry, accessories, nail art, bags, hair items, wigs, lingerie, and swimwear

  • Items where the product page clearly says “no returns”

For everything else:

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

  • Email us at info@studio-stars.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • The product must be unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Return shipping costs are on you. We’ll refund you (minus original shipping) once we receive the item.


Exchanges

Want to swap something? Email us and we’ll check if your item is eligible. Some designers accept exchanges, others don’t—it depends on the piece.


Heavy Shipments (Art etc.)

If you're ordering a large or heavy item (like a sculpture or large artwork), we’ll calculate shipping separately after you check out. You’ll get a quote and need to approve it before we ship.
