Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (DENMARK)

For simple flat-rate shipping: 
We offer 29dkk for delivery at pakkeshop. 
We offer 45dkk for home delivery.
We offer Free shipping on orders above 800dkk

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Tietgensgade 72, 1704 København v. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 12 - 18 on Monday - Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping (EUROPE)

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway. 

Flat rate shipping: We offer 90dkk flat rate shipping to EUROPE. 

We offer Free shipping on orders above 200dkk

 

International Shipping (REST OF THE WORLD)

We also offer international shipping to the countries not mentioned above. 

Flat rate shipping: We offer 199dkk flat rate shipping outside of Europe.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@studio-stars.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

TAXES & DUTIES 

Please, note that the product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Please, see the shipping tab on the product page(s) to check the location of the item.
