Advances in production technology now allow for more precise control over the oil’s components and aromas. These technical innovations have made it possible to create a perfectly balanced, premium olive oil, tailored to each specific olive variety.

    The „Balance Disc“ concept aims to translate this harmony in olive oil into an interactive experience. Oil and bread are presented in the recesses of a rotating bowl. As users interact with the food, the balance of the object shifts, causing the dish and its contents to tilt or spin. The object is made of stainless steel sheet, shaped using a positive and negative mold in a press. Through this dynamic interplay and the conscious tasting of olive oil in a social setting, its unique aromas can be fully appreciated, turning the experience into an unforgettable moment.
