Returns & Refund Policy
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order — no reason needed. To exercise this right, contact us at info@studio-stars.com within the 14-day window. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To start a return or cancellation request, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/64850690279/account and go to your Orders.
Refunds for EU withdrawal Once we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase price including the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Note: we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
General Returns Our standard return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, including all accessories.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Made-to-order items
- Pre-order items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email us at info@studio-stars.com to receive the return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted. For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. If shipping within Denmark, we suggest DAO.
Exchanges To exchange an item, contact us at info@studio-stars.com. We can exchange for a new product or issue a gift card (sent by email or physical). Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds: Check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank — processing time varies. If you still haven't received it, contact us at info@studio-stars.com.
Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
