I cut out this biiig paper shape and spray painted it onto the back of the skirt! Then I spray painted on the sides and front as well. I made some elastic straps and sewed at the top to make it look like underwear. I made bows on the side and the back and at the bottom as well!
The cool thing about this skirt is that u can put on your favorite keychains along the edge of the skirt at the front!!! Even more CUTE.
It’s polyester and it’s stretch at the top so it fits many sizes. Fits size XS, S, M, L
